We are gathered here today in the sight of God, and the presence of friends and loved ones to celebrate one of life’s greatest moments.  _____________ and _______________ have invited us to be here with them on this beautiful day to experience and witness the public declaration of their love and commitment  for each other.  May this be a moment to cherish and remember for the rest of their lives. We can learn about the wonderful qualities of love from the Bible.  First Corinthians says:  Love is patient, love is kind.  It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth.  Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always preserves. Love never fails.  And now these three remain: Faith, Hope, and Love, but greatest of these, is Love.
